Sample Submission Instructions
Required Sample Amounts per Test
Ensure your sample meets the following quantity requirements to facilitate comprehensive testing:
- Product Safety Testing Package: 500 grams
- Nutritional Testing Package: 1,300 grams
- Bioactivity Testing Package: 1,000 grams
- All Testing Packages: 2,800 grams
Packaging and Labelling Instructions
- Sample State: Only send dry biomass. Wet or liquid samples are ineligible for testing and will necessitate resending.
- Quantity: Ensure the biomass quantity meets or exceeds the requirements listed above. Insufficient amounts may lead to incomplete testing and/or resending.
- Packaging:
- Use ziploc bags or hard plastic containers (e.g., Rubbermaid tupperware) for packaging
- When using ziploc bags, double bag to prevent tearing.
- Labelling:
- Clearly label each package with the sample contents.
- This is crucial for submissions containing multiple biomass types.
